We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, provided that the product(s) were purchased through an authorized distribution channel. This includes purchases made directly from a Wellnutripro Distributor, through the Distributor’s authorized website, or directly from Unicity via phone, fax, or Unicity’s official website.
How to Return a Product
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Obtain an RMA: Contact the Wellniutripro Service Department at (778) 239-4740 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and/or number.
- Prepare Your Return: Return the unused portion of the product with the RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the shipping box. Any package without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at your expense. Include the completed RMA form inside the package.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs for returned packages and any related correspondence.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receives the returned product and all appropriate information and documentation, you will get a full refund under 30 days.
